2/3 C. sugar 1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce 1/3 C. canola oil 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 2 C. quick cooking oats 1 C. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1/2 C. raisins
1. In a large bowl, beat the sugar, applesauce, oil and syrup until well blended. In a small bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, salt and allspice; gradually beat into applesauce mixture until blended. Stir in raisins 2. Spread batter into a 13x9 baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into bars. 20 servings, 1 bar = 127 calories, 4g fat, 123mg sodium, 21g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 2g protein
