Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
2 T. chopped onion
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
dash of red pepper
Directions
Defrost spinach; drain well, reserving 1/2 C. liquid.  Set aside.  Combine butter, onion and flour; stir well; cook in saucepan over medium-low heat about 1 min.  Gradually add reserved liquid and milk.  Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.  Add cheese and seasonings to sauce, stirring until cheese is melted.  Add spinach, mixing well.  Serve with hot crackers.
