Mixed Berry and Avocado Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
1 C. unsweetened coconut milk
1 C. frozen mixed berries
1/2 small ripe avocado
1-2 T. freshly ground flaxseeds
1/4-1/2 C. cold water
Directions
Combine the protein powder, coconut milk, mixed berries, avocado, flax meal and 1/4 C. water in a blender.  Mix on high speed until smooth.  Thin with additional cold water if desired.

**while this is high in Fat a lot is from the healthy fat in avocado.
